The good bits
  • 5 minute walk to Trinity College Dublin. Right across the street from a Tesco. Includes wifi, basic cable, dish washer, and washer/dryer.
The bad bits
  • Loud, noise polution from neighbours and the street. Washer/dryer does not completely dry clothing. Hot water on kitchen sink works sporadically. Landlady is high strung and neurotic, and will try to pin everything on you. She is blaming us and keeping our downpayment for issues caused by normal wear and tear / faulty plumbing. She appears kind, but do not trust her. Document everything, even if she acts insulted that you are doing so.
